These are prices from the hours before the market opens, when far fewer shares change hands than during the day. They are unofficial. Wherever a screen says how busy a share's trading has been, that figure is an estimate: this system hears only a fraction of what trades before the open and scales up from the part it heard. Overnight it fetches the real figure and writes it beside the estimate, never over it. The conditions a name has to pass to reach a list are starting values that nobody has yet shown to work. Nothing here is advice.
